Measure What Matters. Focus Where It Counts.
The Six Dimensions of Success framework helps individuals, leaders, and organizations identify where they are thriving and where they have room to grow.

“After years of studying the best thinking on success, I realized most people are drowning in advice but starving for a framework. The Six Dimensions of Success shows you where you stand across the areas that matter, so you can stop scattering your resources and start focusing on the things that matter.”

The Six Dimensions of Success™Discovered
I spent my first career leading and developing Marines for military success, but I spent far less time developing them for success after the military. As I left the Corps, I reflected on that work and faced my own questions about how to succeed in civilian life.
I sought out the best thinking on wisdom, success, and personal development, from the authors of the Bible to Socrates, Aristotle, and Shakespeare. I learned from modern luminaries like Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightingale, Zig Ziglar, and Jim Rohn, and from more recent voices such as Tony Robbins and James Clear.
After all of that learning, I can say without a doubt that the critical unlock is focus. If you know what to focus on, filter out the noise, and simply focus day after day, year after year, with monk-like discipline, there is no limit to what a human being can achieve.
Through severe hardship and multiple mountaintop experiences, I distilled hundreds of books, years of study, and dozens of frameworks and philosophies into one comprehensive framework. It identifies six critical elements that together drive achievement. The same six shape success for a person, a leader, and an organization. We call them the Six Dimensions of Success™.
